Jennifer Kenny

Jennifer Kenny is Chief Process Officer of BizTH!NK, a consulting firm specializing in process and technology transformation. Prior to that she was the VP and Manager for Process Design and Mobilization for Wells Fargo Wholesale Deliver Solutions. Jennifer has an extensive background in management consulting, change initiation and the design of business processes and systems strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Jennifer has proven expertise in mobilizing new capabilities for innovation, business process design and customer satisfaction. In the last 20 years, she has had engagements with major international corporations in the transportation, distribution and logistics, high technology, petroleum and mining, consumer products, and banking industries, in the U.S., Europe and South America.
Jennifer was also President of Emergent Management Consulting, an international process design consulting company. Prior to founding Emergent Management Consulting she was a Senior Consultant and Project Manager with Business Design Associates in Emeryville. Here she worked with clients in the field of workflow, business process design, change initiation and transformation of large corporations.
Ms. Kenny's previous consulting experience combines design and implementation of systems strategies and redesign of business processes while at BoozoAllen & Hamilton and design and development of mainframe and distributed systems while at Andersen Consulting, in London; as well as applications development with Metaphor Computer Systems, the groundbreaking Data Interpretation systems developer.
She has held senior process design and business development positions in a number of technology and consulting companies, and has worked, published and presented in the US, Europe and South America.
Ms Kenny holds a Masters in Engineering Geology from Imperial College, University of London and a Bachelors in Geology and Chemistry from University College, Dublin.

Charles Follett

Charles combines his engineering background with his work as a pioneer in the development of Commitment Process Analysis and Design to produce breakthrough process redesigns. His work is known for the elegance and simplicity with which he transforms complicated working arrangements into aligned, purposeful, and efficient processes.
Charles’ eighteen years of consulting experience include the large-scale redesign and mobilization of business processes in industries such as automotive, utility, banking, insurance, transportation, and information technology, throughout North America and Europe. His work focuses on reducing cycle times and non-conformances in complex processes involving interdependent departments. He ensures that his designs are translated into real changes through the mobilization of new teams, practices, and tools. Clients include General Motors, where his redesign of the GM-EDS IT services delivery process reduced cycle time by 73%; Wells Fargo, where his work reduced cycle time by 70% for escalated call center issues; and Voith Siemens Hydro, where the redesigned global engineering and construction processes helped propel VSH to its market leading position.
Charles has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA. When not designing processes or playing with his six children, he can be found on a golf course, where he enjoys a five handicap and coaching others to improve their games.
